HOW TO BREW: Use 1 tbsp of tea per cup (8 oz) of freshly boiled h20. cover and let steep for 10 minutes - overnight to maximize the herbal health benefits + flavors into your tea vessel. Prep this in a mason jar, add honey, pop it in the fridge, make it iced. ;)
