After an initial consultation, we can move to the therapeutic experience of an Ayurvedic Kati Basti with reiki. A pool of hot, herbal oil custom-infused for you sits on the back or area of chronic discomfort for an extended period. This brings body, mind and senses supreme bliss as muscles release and thoughts melt away to bring transcendence. 60-minute session // $155
